The warranty is valid for the original purchaser and covers 24 months for phones and 6 months for accessories from the date of original purchase confirm your purchase date and that your issue falls within the applicable period.
The limited warranty applies only to the hardware components of the product as originally supplied and does not apply to any software or other equipment make sure the issue is hardware-related and not caused by software modifications or third-party apps.
Have your IMEI number, proof of purchase, product model, and full contact details ready, as these will be required when contacting customer service or your dealer to initiate a warranty claim.
Step 2:
If the problem cannot be resolved by referring to the User Manual, visit catphone's support site, contact CAT Phones Customer Service, or contact your dealer for further assistance.
You can contact Customer Service to try and fix the problem remotely, or request free pick-up and repair if necessary, Customer Service will arrange the collection.
Back up all personal data before sending your device in Bullitt Mobile is not responsible for loss or damage to programs, data, or removable storage media.
Step 3:
span style="font-size: 1rem;">When sending your device for repair, use the original packaging or similar protective packaging, and insert your proof of purchase into the package.
Bullitt Mobile or its authorized agent will, at their discretion and without charge, repair or replace the defective product repair or replacement may involve the use of a functionally equivalent reconditioned unit.
All faulty parts or components that are replaced will become the property of Bullitt Mobile warranty service availability and response times may vary by country and may require registration.
Cat Phones Warranty Period:
Smartphones (outside USA): 24 months from date of original purchase
Smartphones (USA): 12 months from date of original purchase
Accessories: 6 months from date of original purchase
Repaired or replaced products: covered for the remainder of the original warranty period

What is covered under the Cat Phones Warranty?
Bullitt Mobile warrants that the product is free of defects in design, material, and workmanship at the time of original purchase.
- Devices that incur physical damage or water ingress in normal use without being misused or abused can be repaired or replaced under the CAT Phones extensive warranty.
- The warranty applies only to hardware components as originally supplied.
What is NOT covered under the Cat Phones Warranty?
The limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear including parts expected to deteriorate over time such as batteries, lens liners, or protective coatings; cosmetic damage including scratches, dents, and cracks; damage caused by the use of non-Bullitt manufactured or approved products, accessories or software; or damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or improper care and handling.
Also excluded are unauthorized modifications or connections, unauthorized opening or repair, repair by use of unauthorized spare parts, defects caused by a defective cellular network, performance issues caused by modifications to the operating software including rooting the device, and accidents or forces of nature beyond the reasonable control of Bullitt Mobile. The warranty does not apply to software or products purchased from unauthorized sellers.
