• Let Warranty Valet assist you in claiming Specialized warranty hassle-free.

Step 1:

  • Locate the unique Serial Number on the underside of the frame, typically near the bottom bracket or on the original hangtag; this identifier is essential for all service actions.

  • Visit the Bike Registration portal on the official website to link the bike to your account; this documents your ownership and is a primary requirement for accessing full support benefits.

  • Secure a digital copy of your original sales receipt from an authorized Specialized retailer, as the manufacturer's guarantee is strictly valid for the original purchaser and requires a legitimate proof of purchase.

  • Confirm that the product has not been modified or repainted by unauthorized parties, as alterations to the frame or fork can void the structural guarantee.

Step 2:

  • Take the clean product and your proof of purchase to an Authorized Specialized Retailer; these partners serve as the exclusive interface for evaluating hardware concerns.

  • Describe the specific issue to the service department; technicians will perform a diagnostic check to determine if the concern is a manufacturing defect or an expected maintenance result.

  • Rule out external factors by ensuring the bike has been maintained according to official standards, as the guarantee does not cover damage from crashes, neglect, or improper assembly.

Step 3:

  • If a defect is confirmed by the retailer, they will submit a formal claim to the Specialized warranty department for a final technical determination.

  • Coordinate with the retailer regarding the resolution; at the manufacturer's discretion, the defective item will be repaired or replaced with a similar available model.

  • For damage not covered by the standard policy, ask your dealer about the Assisted Replacement program, which offers discounted pricing on replacement parts for original owners.

Specialized Warranty Period:

  • Specialized offers a warranty that depends on product registration. Registered frames, forks, and Roval wheels have a lifetime warranty (2 years if not registered). Components and gear are covered for 2 years, e‑bike batteries for 2 years/300 cycles, and apparel for 1 year, regardless of registration. Lifetime coverage requires registration within 90 days.
