3 Simple Steps for wrangler Warranty Claim

Step 1:

• Wrangler operates two separate warranty programmes depending on the product you purchased. Standard Wrangler apparel including jeans, shirts, jackets, and casual wear is covered by a limited warranty from the date of original purchase. Wrangler RIGGS Workwear products including workwear jeans, pants, shirts, and related apparel are covered by a separate limited lifetime warranty for the life of the product.

• Before starting your claim, confirm which warranty applies to your product. Check your garment's care label, packaging, or product listing on Wrangler's official website to verify whether it falls under standard Wrangler apparel or the RIGGS Workwear line. Note that certain products are excluded from both warranties  including Wrangler Reborn products, altered or upcycled items, irregulars, flame resistant apparel, socks, licensed products (including jewellery, branded cowboy hats, and sunglasses), and any secondhand, pre-owned, or resold items.

• Both warranties are extended only to the original purchaser of the product and are non-transferable. Proof of purchase such as an order number, store receipt, or packing slip will be required when contacting the support team to begin a claim.

Step 2:

• To initiate a warranty claim, contact Wrangler's Consumer Relations Team during the applicable warranty period. You can reach the team by calling, or by submitting a message through the contact form on Wrangler's official website. Warranty service will not be processed without following this step first the support team will assess your claim and provide specific return instructions.

• When you contact the support team, have the following information ready: your order number (if purchased from Wrangler's official website), your full name, mailing address, daytime phone number, email address, and a clear description of the defect or issue with the product. The more detail you can provide about the defect such as where the stitching has failed or which material has broken down the smoother the process will be.

• For licensed Wrangler products including branded socks, jewellery, cowboy hats, and sunglasses, the standard Wrangler warranty does not apply. For these items, contact the relevant licensed manufacturer directly, or call the Consumer Relations Team at the number above who can direct you to the right point of contact.

Step 3:

• Once your claim is reviewed and approved, the Consumer Relations Team will email you a prepaid return shipping label. Print the label, affix it securely to the outside of your return package, and send the defective garment to Kontoor US, LLC at 1400 W. Wrangler Blvd., Seminole, addressed to the attention of Quality Control. Do not send returns via COD — COD shipments are not accepted, and returns sent by any method other than the provided prepaid label may incur additional charges that are non-refundable.

• After your returned garment is received, Wrangler's Quality Control team will inspect the product and process your claim. Processing times can vary after receipt, so the support team recommends allowing a reasonable period for the review and remedy to be actioned please be patient during this stage.

• Upon confirmation of a valid warranty claim, Wrangler will either replace the defective product with an identical garment or a reasonable replacement if the original item is no longer available, or refund the original purchase price at Wrangler's sole discretion. If a replacement is sent, Wrangler will cover the return shipping costs for the new garment back to you at no additional charge.

• Standard Wrangler Apparel: 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

• Wrangler RIGGS Workwear Apparel: Limited Lifetime Warranty.

• Licensed Products: Not covered under Wrangler’s warranty.
