• Let Warranty Valet assist you in claiming Firestone warranty hassle-free.

Step 1:

  • The Firestone Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of new Firestone brand passenger and light truck tires purchased and primarily used in the United States. The tire must be less than 10 years from its manufacture date and must not be worn to 2/32 inch (1.6 mm) or less remaining tread depth.

  • Confirm which warranty program applies to your tire the Gold Pledge Limited Warranty covers eligible passenger and light truck tires (excluding winter and spare tires); the Supplemental Mileage Limited Warranty applies to specific models with a stated warranted mileage; and the 90-Day Buy & Try Guarantee applies to a full set of 4 or more eligible Firestone tires.

  • Have your original proof of purchase ready. Some retail locations such as wholesale clubs and online sellers may have specific warranty processing requirements check with your dealer before visiting.

Step 2:

  • All Firestone warranty claims must be made in person at an authorized Firestone retailer use the Store Locator at firestonetire's website to find the nearest authorized location. If you have a Run-Flat tire, it must be taken to a Certified Firestone Run-Flat Retailer specifically.

  • Bring the suspected defective tire(s), your original proof of purchase, and any relevant vehicle and odometer information. The dealer will inspect the tire and determine whether the condition is covered under the applicable warranty program.

  • Complete and sign the customer section of the Firestone Limited Warranty adjustment form at the dealership. If the tire falls within the pro-rated period, be prepared to pay the applicable replacement charge, taxes, disposal fees, and service charges at this time.

Step 3:

  • If the tire is confirmed defective and within the free replacement period, Firestone will replace it with an equivalent new Bridgestone or Firestone brand tire free of charge, including mounting and balancing. Applicable taxes, valve stem costs, and disposal fees may still apply.

  • If the tire falls within the pro-rated period, the replacement price is calculated by multiplying the percentage of tread already used by the dealer's then-current selling price for the replacement tire, plus applicable taxes, mounting, balancing, valve stems, and disposal fees.

  • For the 90-Day Buy & Try Guarantee, if you are not fully satisfied with your eligible full set of 4 or more Firestone tires within 90 days of purchase, return them to the original selling location for a full refund or exchange. Original proof of purchase is required.

Firestone Warranty Period:

  • Gold Pledge Limited Warranty (passenger & light truck — excluding winter & spare tires)

  • Free replacement: up to 3 years from purchase date (proof required) or 4 years from manufacture date (no proof)

  • Pro-rated replacement: up to 5 years from purchase date (proof required) or 6 years from manufacture date (no proof)
